Liquid Manufacturing Plant

Liquid Manufacturing Plant is large self-contained industrial grade processing unit which can be used for the production of light to highly viscous liquids and syrups. It can be used in various industries such as food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and other to make medicinal liquids and food dressings. This heavy duty fluid processing system consist of various types of hydraulic components for the transportation of the raw and processed materials through the flow channels and control devices. It is suitable for various types of fluids whether they are acidic, neutral or alkaline in nature.

This is a fully automatic process plant specially designed for manufacture of syrup, antacid and other liquid formulations. The entire process is PLC controlled, where product remains untouched and with minimum handling, ensuring quick, efficient and clean production.

• The complete line is manufactured to conform to CGMP standard.
• All contact parts are made of SS316.
• The plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, saving on precious man - power cost.

• The sugar melting vessel is designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel.
• Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through online sugar syrup pre-filter (Basket filter) by vacuum / pump.
• Pipes, pipe fittings are of SS 316, seamless, internally electro-polished with silicon gaskets.
• Optionally equipped with CIP  SIP facility and load cell for online weighting.
• Automatic operations are ensured with PLC based control panel.
• Inline Homogenizer can also be optionally provided.
• Zero hold up filter press gives crystal clear filtration.
• Available in various batch capacities from 500 to 5000 litres.
